1Who may submit

The Marvilous music platform (music.marvilousdjs.com) accepts music submissions from Network members and from the public. By submitting, you agree to these Submission Terms. You must be at least 18.

2Ownership & warranty

You keep ownership of music you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in your submission, including any samples, vocals, and underlying compositions, and that hosting and streaming it will not infringe anyone’s rights.

3Licence you grant us

You grant Marvilous a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, stream, display, and promote your submission on and through the platform (including waveform players, charts, and fan-funnel features) for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You may withdraw a submission as described below.

4Royalties

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, submissions are made without expectation of payment, and no royalties are owed for hosting or streaming on the platform. [Adjust if you introduce paid placement or revenue share.]

5Prohibited content

Do not submit content that is infringing, contains uncleared samples, is unlawful, hateful, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to share. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

6Removal

You may request removal of your submission by emailing music@marvilousdjs.com. We will remove it within a reasonable time. We may also remove submissions that violate these Terms or that are the subject of a valid complaint.

7DMCA & takedown notices

Marvilous respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required information (identification of the work, the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature) to our designated agent:
